VIVID LUXURY walks away with PRISM Award for Belvedere Vodka Campaign

After 3 years of successful trading, and only one entry into the annual PR Institute of South Africa’s PRISM Awards, VIVID LUXURY walked away with its first Award.

Winning the award for their innovative and highly successful Belvedere Vodka campaign, Managing Director, Anina Malherbe commented: “The global PR and Events Management landscape is rapidly changing. And it’s not just affecting those focusing on the luxury brand environment like my company – it’s across the board. Today, the world demands of Public Relations and Events to be far more innovative and creative in its approach, and never has it been more evident than in 2011. The PR & Marketing Campaign that we executed for Belvedere Vodka, is a good example of this exact philosophy.” And the result? A highly successful campaign that achieved fantastic long term results for their client.

Although this is VIVID LUXURY’s first award, it was not their first success… They have been feverishly working towards building their expertise and portfolio over the last 3 years. Within 12 short months of starting VIVID LUXURY, Malherbe was invited to speak at the first Luxury Marketing Summit in South Africa, hosted by Marketing Mix. VIVID LUXURY had also attracted such high-end clients as Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Burberry, MaxMara and Gerard Darel. Today VIVID still boasts some of these, and many other top names, among its clientele. Other coveted international and local brands soon followed, the likes of Bentley, Patek Phillippe, Limeline Interiors and Fairline amongst others.

Malherbe is down-to-earth about their success, focusing rather on the satisfaction they enjoy from doing something they love. “I started VIVID because of my intense interest in and love for luxury brands,” she says, “and we’ll never lose sight of this philosophy. Doing what you love, is the best thing you can give your client”, she adds.

Their latest PRISM Award is not just an award for VIVID LUXURY. They helped Belvedere South Africa grow their sales and market share significantly in 2010. This was an award that was well deserved, for a campaign that was executed with passion and enthusiasm. The VIVID LUXURY team now looks forward to the next campaign for Belvedere Vodka.
